Help us help you

Include your PIQUE version, iPhone model and what happened. Screenshots can help; hide personal details. Never send passwords or sign-in codes.

New users can continue with Apple on iPhone. Existing email users can sign in with their password. Choose the same sign-in method you used to create your account.

Private messages

Open Messages to chat privately with another club member. Only people in the conversation can read its messages. In Messages → Message settings, choose who may start a conversation with you and whether to show when you are online. Online status can be delayed; turn it off if you prefer not to share it.

Tap the flag beside a received message to report it. A report shares that message with PIQUE for safety review; club admins cannot browse your private conversations. Use the block button in a conversation, or a club post’s menu, to stop new messages from that person. Unblock them in Message settings.

Notifications and nudges

Tap the bell to see comments on your workouts and nudges, including who sent them and from which club. Tap an item to open its workout or sender; opening it marks it as read. Use Refresh to check for new items.

For phone alerts, open More → Privacy settings and enable Club notifications for the selected club. Also allow PIQUE notifications in iPhone Settings. Focus modes and phone settings can silence or delay delivery. Pausing participation stops new activity reminders and nudges and disables comment push alerts; comments can still appear in your inbox.

A nudge can use a suggested message or your own text. The recipient sees your name and club. Daily limits and the recipient's notification and blocking choices still apply.

Report or block

Open a post’s menu to report content or block its author. If the issue involves the admin, contact support directly with the club name and a description.

Delete your account

Open More → Privacy settings → Delete my account and confirm. This removes your private conversations and their messages from the active chat. A copy of a message reported by another participant may remain in a safety report accessible only to PIQUE and the reporting member. If you cannot sign in, contact us from your account email so we can verify ownership. Your original Apple Health and WHOOP data are not deleted.

Strength journal

Open More → Strength journal or plus button → Add activity → Strength journal. Start a private session, choose its date and time, then add exercises, weights, sets and reps. You do not need to publish a club workout first. Enter a weight, or an explicit 0 for bodyweight only; use no more than two decimal places.

Select earlier sessions or Load older sessions to review your history. Progress compares the best weight in each session by training date. From one of your shared strength workouts, Log weights for this workout offers an explicit link to the journal. Removing the club post or leaving the club keeps your personal weights.

Select your gym

Open More → App settings → Your gym. Use Search address with the gym's street address and city, or Use my current location. Check the address and coordinates, optionally open Maps, then confirm the location and gym name. Saving the place leaves Automatic gym visits off.

Turn Automatic gym visits on separately and allow Always location access when requested. Choose an 80, 120 or 180 metre detection zone (120 metres by default). Confirm the activity in Focus; a completed visit of 20 minutes to 6 hours can then be shared with your clubs. Departure or Stop ends the session. Visits with missing location evidence need review, and iOS may delay arrival or departure events. Turn monitoring off or remove the saved gym here if you no longer want it used.

Activity connections

Tap the plus button → Add activity for Log manually, Apple Health and WHOOP options. You can also manage connections in More → Privacy settings. Apple Health needs a compatible iPhone and your permission; WHOOP needs your WHOOP account and permission. For either source, choose past workouts or enable automatic sharing for new workouts separately in each club. Connecting a source does not itself turn sharing on.

Automatic sharing starts when enabled, so earlier workouts must be selected manually. Check the connection and last-sync status; use the available retry or sync controls if there is an error. iOS controls background Health delivery, so opening PIQUE may be needed before a workout appears. Strava and Google Health Connect are not directly supported.

Deleting an imported post prevents automatic sync from bringing it back to that club. To restore a post you removed yourself, choose the workout again and confirm Share again. A post removed by a moderator cannot be restored through the importer.

Join from an invitation

If PIQUE is not installed, keep the original invitation link before installing. After signing in, return to that link and tap Open invitation in PIQUE. Installation does not transfer a new Apple user's invitation automatically.

If reopening the link fails, copy the 32-character code shown on the invitation page. In PIQUE, open the club selector → Clubs → Join club, or Join club on the initial Clubs screen, and paste it into Invite code. This field accepts the code, not the full link. Expired or revoked invitations require a new link from the club admin.
