ϟPIQUE

Updated 13 October 2026

Your activity.
Your choice.

PIQUE is a private fitness club service operated by Aitzol Arevalo for adults aged 18 or older. Privacy and support: a2gcorp@gmail.com.

Information we use

We store your account email, chosen display name, optional profile photo, club memberships, preferences, shared workouts, private strength sessions and sets, comments and reactions. We also store notifications addressed to you, their read status and delivery status, plus private messages and their sender, recipient, sent and read times when you use messaging. Your profile photo is visible to members of your clubs and is deleted with your account. Workouts include activity, date, duration, optional distance, message and source. Source identifiers prevent duplicate posts. Club members can see the content you share and your weekly ranking; your email and push notification identifiers are private. Reports, blocks and technical access and error logs help us operate and protect the service.

Apple Health

With your permission, PIQUE reads workouts. It does not request body weight, sleep, heart rate, location or medical history, and never writes to Apple Health. You can choose a past workout to share or separately enable automatic sharing for new workouts in a specific club. Automatic sharing starts only after you enable it; earlier workouts remain private.

You can turn automatic sharing off in PIQUE, deny or withdraw Health access in iOS Settings, and continue logging manually. iOS controls the timing of background delivery, so a new workout may appear when PIQUE next runs. Withdrawing access does not remove posts already shared; delete them in PIQUE or delete your account. Health data is never used for advertising, marketing or sale to third parties.

Optional WHOOP connection

If you connect WHOOP, PIQUE requests workout and profile read access to identify your WHOOP account, plus offline access for sync. We do not retain your WHOOP name or email. Imported workouts contain identifiers, activity, start and end times, available distance, processing status, strain, estimated energy, heart rate and zone durations. We do not request sleep, recovery or body measurements.

Imports are private by default. You can choose a past workout to share or separately enable automatic sharing for new workouts in a specific club. Automatic sharing starts only after you enable it and publishes activity, date, duration and distance, never heart rate or strain. Connection credentials are encrypted on the server. Turning automatic sharing off stops future posts. Disconnecting WHOOP revokes access, stops automatic sharing and deletes private imports; shared posts remain until deleted. Account deletion removes your data and requests WHOOP revocation. If WHOOP is unavailable, only the encrypted credential needed to retry revocation is temporarily retained.

Optional gym visits by location

In More → App settings → Your gym, search for an address or use your current location, check the selected place and save it. Saving a location does not turn on monitoring. Enable Automatic gym visits separately if you want PIQUE to detect arrival and departure; this requires background location permission. Confirm the activity you are doing before a completed visit can be shared.

PIQUE stores the selected gym name, address and coordinates on your phone, separately for each club. Address lookup and Open in Maps use your phone's location and map services. The saved coordinates and travel history are not sent to the club or the PIQUE server. Your phone uses the selected detection zone (80, 120 or 180 metres; 120 metres by default), recent location accuracy and sustained arrival or departure checks. Confirmed arrival starts a Focus session; departure or your Stop action ends it. A completed visit of 20 minutes to 6 hours can be shared with your clubs as one physical activity with activity type, start time and duration, after you confirm the sport. Visits with missing location evidence require review. A nearby visit does not prove exercise or make the workout Verified, and iOS controls when location events are delivered.

Stop monitoring in More → App settings or revoke location access in iPhone Settings. Turning monitoring off discards unsent visits; posts already shared remain until you delete them. If you separately allow phone notifications, arrival can show a local reminder to log a workout without sending gym coordinates to our server.

Private strength journal, PIQUE Score and personal progress

Your strength journal stores session dates, machine or exercise names, weights, sets and repetitions privately across your clubs. You can create a session without publishing a workout or belonging to a club. Linking a social workout to the journal requires your confirmation and does not make the weights public. Deleting a club post, leaving a club or removal by a club admin does not delete your personal strength history. You can delete individual sets; deleting your account removes the journal. Private journal records do not by themselves add ranking points. Eligible sets logged live during a linked gym visit may support Tracked evidence for that activity.

In the updated app, clubs have one ranking based on PIQUE Score (Ps), with Week, Month and Total views. From the open UTC week of 12 October 2026, Ps uses the activity type and eligible duration, divided by a level handicap fixed at the start of the scoring week. Manual, confirmed gym, Health and WHOOP workouts earn the same Ps for the same sport, duration and weekly level; there is no device, evidence-factor or strain bonus for Ps. Verified, Tracked and Self-reported describe the available evidence, not simply which service supplied the record. Device-backed Apple Health workouts are Tracked; manually entered Health workouts and manual logs are Self-reported. Scored WHOOP workouts with heart data can be Verified. Gym presence alone earns no points; confirming training is Self-reported, and eligible sets recorded live can provide Tracked evidence. The same sport minimums, 120-minute session ceiling and limits of 30 base points per UTC day and 120 per week apply to every source, before the handicap. Evidence still supports eligibility and duplicate checks; it does not multiply Ps. The current rules and your activity breakdown are available in the ranking details.

One physical activity earns one award, including when it arrives from more than one source or is shared in several clubs. Overlapping or incomplete records can be held for review. Rules are versioned by week. Earlier closed weeks retain their original evidence-based Ps, so Month and Total can include both rule versions. Corrections and late sync are accepted during the week and its stated correction window; a closed weekly result stays fixed, and later corrections are recorded separately. Month and Total views aggregate the recorded Ps; they do not create additional XP.

Personal XP and level are global and separate from competitive Ps. XP retains its existing evidence factors, duration limits and manual-session caps; these do not reduce the equal-source Ps allowance. The level handicap reduces Ps, not activity XP. Legacy weekly challenge rewards can add limited XP without adding Ps. These are separate from the new competitive goals. Your day streak also belongs to your profile across clubs, with a 72-hour gap allowed before reset. Club members can see your level, XP and profile progress, but not activities shared only in other clubs. Your level is not a user-selected training category. Older app versions may retain their earlier ranking screens.

Avatar choices and optional selfie creation

The updated public app offers complete outfits, preset faces and matching outfits for an existing approved face when available. Separate accessories and shoe controls are not offered. Creating a new selfie face is not available in this public update; opening the Face screen does not send a photo. Your saved avatar remains unchanged until you tap Save avatar.

In TestFlight or another version where face creation is enabled, Edit profile → Avatar → Face identifies Cloudflare Workers AI before you tap Generate. Only that action sends your photo to Cloudflare Workers AI to create a cartoon head in PIQUE's style. The OpenAI and Hugging Face integrations are not active. PIQUE does not persist the original selfie in its database or storage, and never shows it to club members. Cloudflare processes the input under its Workers AI data policy, which states that customer content is not used for training or service improvement without explicit consent. This does not mean the provider has zero retention.

You see a private preview and approve the head before saving your avatar. Only the approved, saved face is displayed to members permitted to see your club profile, subject to blocks. The private image is served with a temporary link that expires within five minutes. Discarding, cancelling or a failed generation preserves your existing avatar. Unapproved previews expire after 24 hours. Approved but unsaved faces and replaced faces expire after seven days; the current saved face is retained until replacement or account deletion. Cleanup removes expired objects and account-deletion images; failed deletions are retried. Two generation attempts per account are allowed in a rolling 24-hour period.

Competitive goals and optional global ranking

From 19 October 2026 at 00:00 UTC, weekly consistency on three eligible training days offers up to 3 bonus Ps. A personal sport boost chosen before the qualifying session adds 25% of that session’s activity Ps, up to 3 Ps. A goal in one club chosen before eligible training in that club offers up to 4 Ps for training on two different UTC days. The combined bonus never exceeds 10 Ps or 30% of your activity Ps for the week. It adds no XP and does not multiply another reward or your profile streak. The same physical activity and several club shares do not create several bonus budgets. Choices are fixed for their week, and closed results remain fixed after the correction window.

The updated app also offers a global ranking for signed-in users. Participation is off by default and requires your explicit choice. Joining publishes your display name and aggregate Ps; it does not publish your email, profile photo, workouts, sources, clubs, gym locations or private journal. Blocked users are filtered. You can leave the global ranking without losing personal progress or club points. Global totals are saved personal awards, not the sum of club scores. Club ranking projects points linked to activity shared in that club.

TestFlight food challenge prototype

The food challenge is not offered in the updated public app. In a TestFlight version that includes the prototype, when you choose to photograph a meal, the photo stays on your phone; it is not sent to PIQUE or an AI provider. You enter foods and approximate portions yourself. Each saved meal receives a clearly marked demo score of 100/100, not a nutritional assessment. We store the food list and demo score in Supabase; only you can read the meal details. Other club members see your aggregate weekly demo score. Up to three meals can be saved in 24 hours and only one meal for each club day counts. No AI food recognition or nutritional scoring is active in this beta.

Apple sign-in and invitations

When signing in with Apple, we use your Apple account identifier and the email Apple shares, including a private relay address if selected. Existing email account users can save an invitation before installation. You join only when you accept. An invitation link reveals the club and challenge name, but not members or workouts. Share links only with intended recipients.

Notifications and nudges

The notification bell shows comments on your workouts and nudges sent to you, with the sender, club, message and time. We store which notifications you have read. Comment notifications remain available inside PIQUE without enabling phone alerts, subject to club membership and blocks.

Inactivity sharing and phone notifications are separate, optional choices, off by default. Enable Club notifications in More → Privacy settings and allow notifications in iPhone Settings to receive phone alerts. Nudges can use a preset or a personal message. The sender's display name, club name and message text are sent through our notification providers and may appear in phone previews. Avoid including information you do not want the recipient to see there.

Each person can nudge the same friend once per 24 hours; each recipient receives at most three nudges per 24 hours. Pausing, disabling club notifications or blocking a member prevents new nudges as applicable. Comments on your workouts can also generate a phone alert when club notifications are enabled and participation is not paused. Phone settings can delay or silence delivery.

Your device notification identifier is used for delivery. Nudge text and delivery records support the inbox, abuse limits and delivery checks; the cleanup process removes nudge records older than 30 days. Comment inbox entries are linked to the underlying comment and club membership and are removed when those records are deleted. Marking a notification as read does not delete it.

Private messages

Private messages are visible to the people in the conversation, not to the rest of the club. PIQUE stores message text, participants, sent time and read status so they can use their conversation. Club admins do not get access to private conversations through their club role. A message that a participant reports may be shown to PIQUE for safety review; we do not review other private conversations as part of normal club activity.

Message settings let you choose who may start a conversation with you and whether to show when you are online. If enabled, online status is based on recent messaging activity and may be delayed; turning it off hides that status from others. Blocking someone stops new private messages from that person. Do not put information in a message that you do not want its recipient to read or report.

Purpose and providers

Account, workout and private message data provide the service you request. Health access, sharing and notifications depend on your choices. Reports, blocks and technical logs protect the service. Our database runs on Supabase in Ireland. Expo and Apple handle app distribution and notifications; Vercel hosts these pages. Providers may process technical data in other countries under their applicable safeguards. PIQUE has no advertising or advertising tracking.

Retention and deletion

We retain your content while you have an account or until you delete it. Leaving a club removes your workouts there and associated inbox records; your private strength journal remains. Comments on other posts remain until you delete them or your account. Open More → Privacy settings → Delete my account to remove your account, workouts, private strength journal, comments, reactions, private conversations and their messages, inbox records and device identifiers. If you own a club, ownership passes to its longest-standing member; empty clubs are removed.

A copy of a message another participant reported may remain in a safety report after you delete your account. Only PIQUE and the member who submitted that report can access it. Other deletion affects the active database. Provider technical logs and backups may remain temporarily under their retention cycles and are not used to recreate deleted accounts. PIQUE deletion never changes the original data in Apple Health or WHOOP.

When an imported Apple Health or WHOOP post is removed, we keep its source identifier, club and account identifiers, removal time and whether it was moderated so that automatic sync does not recreate that post. This record remains while you belong to the club, unless you explicitly restore an eligible post you removed yourself. A moderator removal cannot be reversed through the import controls. These records are removed when the associated club membership or account is deleted.

Your requests

Request access, correction, export or deletion, or withdraw optional choices, at a2gcorp@gmail.com. We may request information to verify account ownership. You may also complain to your applicable data protection authority.

Club rules and moderation

No harassment, threats, discrimination, sexual or violent content, including in private messages. Do not post other people’s information without permission. PIQUE provides no medical diagnosis, treatment or advice.

Use a post’s menu to report content or block a member; report an unwanted private message from its conversation. Blocking hides posts and comments between you and prevents nudges and new private messages. Club admins can remove club content and members; they cannot read private conversations through those controls. The service operator can review reports, including the message submitted with a private message report. Contact support for urgent content or issues with an admin. Include the club name and a description without unnecessary health information.

We may restrict accounts that breach these rules. Material policy changes will be communicated in the app before they apply where required.
